Cancer é uma banda britânica de metal extremo formada em Ironbridge , Shropshire , em 1988. Ao longo de sua carreira, eles lançaram seis álbuns completos, incluindo um pela grande gravadora East West , e se separaram duas vezes (em 1996 e 2006). A banda se reformou novamente em 2013.
