Jeff Scott Soto (nascido em 4 de novembro de 1965) é um cantor de rock americano de ascendência porto-riquenha. Ele foi o vocalista nos dois primeiros álbuns de Yngwie Malmsteen e o vocalista principal do Journey em 2006–07.
Ele foi vocalista principal das bandas Eyes e Sons of Apollo . Teve uma longa trajetória como vocalista da banda de hard rock Talisman . Atualmente, trabalha como artista solo com sua banda homônima, SOTO, e como vocalista dos supergrupos WET e Trans-Siberian Orchestra . Em 2020, Jeff uniu forças com a banda Art of Anarchy no álbum Let There Be Anarchy, lançado em 2024. Seu estilo varia do hard rock ao power metal, com influências do cantor clássico de soul Sam Cooke , Steve Perry (do Journey ) e Freddie Mercury (do Queen) .
